Kitty & Kompany – Shortend Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Kitty & Kompany, a sole trader operating in the Isle of Man. By booking any service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Dog walking, cat feeding, clean and play visits, pet companion visits, overnight pet sitting, mobile nail clipping, pet taxi, and pet food collection.
3. Dog Walking
All dogs are walked on a lead at all times. Off-lead walking is not provided under any circumstances.
4. Veterinary Care
You authorise Kitty & Kompany to seek veterinary care in an emergency at your expense if you cannot be contacted.
5. Liability
Reasonable care is taken, but pets are cared for at the owner’s risk. Kitty & Kompany is not liable unless negligence is proven.
6. Data Protection
Your data is stored securely and used only to provide services, in line with data protection laws.
7. Acceptance
By booking, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
